A Message to our Customers on COVID-19

SUNWAVE CARES is dedicated to promoting better health among our local communities throughout the Covid-19 outbreak. The health and well-being of our customers and employees is our top priority. Please see below for some reminders on how to better protect yourself.

As the situation continues to evolve, we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our employees, customers and partners.

What You Can Do

1. Wash Your Hands or Use Hand Sanitizer

Avoiding Covid-19, much like avoiding the flu, comes down to maintaining good hygiene. Experts recommend regularly washing your hands for at least 20 seconds at a time, for best results. This is especially important when you've just returned from a public place.

2. Maintain Distance

If you must go to areas with other people, try to maintain 6 feet of distance at all times. To reduce risk to yourself and others, it may be a good idea to wear a face covering while out.

3. Watch What You Touch

Avoid touching your face, nose, eyes, and mouth, especially after touching common surfaces

4. Disinfect Areas and Your Phone

Covid can exist on surfaces. With this in mind, it’s important to disinfect high touch surfaces such as door handles, remotes, and cell phones, at regular intervals.

5. Stay Home

Depending on where you live, there may be different regulations in place for this already. Limit you activities outside of the home to those that are essential, such as going to work, getting groceries and getting outside for exercise if you are able to do so safely. Stay Home, Save Lives.

6. Don’t Panic

You might not hear this enough in the media right now, but do your best to remain calm. We will all get through this together.

7. Live A Healthy Lifestyle

Stay hydrated with water or other fluids. Boost your immune system with a healthy diet, vitamins and appropriate supplements (in consultation with your doctor). Get sufficient sleep. Carry tissues and sanitizer and use as needed.

8. If you feel sick

If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please seek medical attention immediately. Health officials request you call ahead before entering any medical facility so they can advise on proper precautions for minimizing your exposure.
