Inside Sales Manager

Exciting opportunity to join an Energy Services Company (ESCO) as they expand in the market. This exciting Inside Sales Manager position is well suited for Senior Account Executives or current Sales Managers/Directors with a successful track record selling bundled energy solutions in the C&I space.

What are we looking for?

  • Motivated salesperson with a strong work ethic
  • Sales experience preferred – direct sales
  • Ability to interact and solve problems for potential customers
  • Team building skills
  • 1-3 years retail energy sales or other customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual and team member.
  • Excellent communication skills in person or on the phone.
  • Must be able to work independently and multi-task.

Primary Duties and Responsibilites Include:

  • Building relationships with new prospects
  • This is a direct to business sales role
  • Present our energy solutions to a variety of business customer types and help customers navigate complex energy decisions and turn them into simple financial decisions
  • Manage all technical and financial aspects of the sales process
  • Maintain the accuracy of all data
